The foundation of 8 A Maintenance is built on over 20 years of combined, high-level industry experience brought by our founders, Oscar and Maira Ochoa!
Our commitment began with Oscar, who spent over nine years excelling as a Supervisor for a prestigious cleaning company, overseeing complex operations across Hobe Sound, Stuart, Vero Beach, and surrounding counties. Inspired by the dedication he developed, Oscar and Maira launched 8 A Maintenance on August 24, 2016.
